EXPERIENCE

Marie André-Nivet began her professional career in 2005 as a Legal Advisor in RTL Group’s Radio Division, then as Project Director for the CSA (French Audiovisual Regulation Board).

Drawing on this corporate experience, she began offering practical legal advice to the firm’s clients, based on their individual constraints and expectations in terms of proactiveness and efficiency.

In 2010, Marie André-Nivet joined the Intellectual Property Department of Schmidt Brunet Litzler & Associates, providing Advisory as well as Litigation services alongside Delphine Brunet-Stoclet, with a pre-trial and trial-oriented approach to the cases assigned to her.
