EXPERIENCE

Johanna holds a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques from Université Paris-Dauphine (2003-2005) and a Professional Master’s in Corporate Tax Law from Université Paris-Dauphine (2005-2006).

After gaining professional experience in the Finance Divisions of companies such as PSA Peugeot-Citroën (2006) and Van Cleef & Arpels (New-York 2007), Johanna worked as an attorney with the firm Reinhart Marville Torre (2008-2011) before joining the firm in December 2011.

Johanna works in an advisory capacity and in litigation in various fields of tax law: property tax, international tax, wealth tax and personal tax for business executives/shareholders. She also assists clients of the firm with corporate tax matters and with the tax-related aspects of acquisitions, purchases of shareholdings or disposals, in close cooperation with the Corporate Department.
