EXPERIENCE

Léna holds a Master I in Intellectual Property Law from the University Paris-Est Creteil and a Master II in Digital Law from the University Toulouse 1 Capitole.

At the end of her education, Léna joined the Paris Bar School and obtained the CAPA (Lawyer’s Proficiency Certificate) in October 2022.

After several experiences in business law firms, Léna worked as a legal trainee for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics’ legal Intellectual Property Department during which she assisted the various Group’s brands in the protection of their intangible assets.

Léna joined Delphine Brunet-Stoclet and Marie André-Nivet’s Intellectual Property team in January 2022, as part of her final internship, where she has since been practicing in both counsel and litigation matters.
