EXPERIENCE

Having earned a Master’s in Intellectual Property and a Bachelor’s in US Law, Marion joined the Intellectual Property-Distribution team run by Delphine Brunet-Stoclet in September 2014.

She has actively participated in the management of the trademark portfolio of the firm’s clients, as well as defending the rights attached to their Intellectual Property.

In 2016 and 2017, Marion collaborated with the IP/IT team of 11-100-34 Avocats Associés, specialized in the field of innovation and new technologies expertise, particularly advising digital start-ups in development and implementation of their projects.

She joined Schmidt Brunet Litzler again in January 2018 to handle trademark and design litigation cases, as well as to develop her activity in the field of New Technologies and digital technology.
