EXPERIENCE

An Italian-French national and a member of the Paris (2017) and Naples (2012) Bars, Sara practised as a lawyer in Italy for three years before moving to Paris, where she obtained a LL.M. in French and European law and a Master 2 in arbitration and international trade law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She joined our firm as a business lawyer in 2016.

Sara is also an author of publications on corporate law in Italy.

With specific expertise in corporate law, commercial law and international investments, Sara assists her clients from the formation of their companies in their day-to-day or exceptional operations, both nationally and internationally. She also advises on non-profit organisations and associations.
