With a strong interest in Labour law, Noémie specialized in that area, while writing a thesis titled “Psychosocial risks in light of individuals and collectives labour relations ».

During that time, she worked for more than 4 years as a teacher of general private law and labour law within the University of Paris-Est Creteil and private French business schools.
She joined Bénédicte LITZLER’s legal team in social law in March 2019. She acts as counsel and litigates, most often for clients at an international level.
