EXPERIENCE
With a strong interest in labor law and a particular focus on issues relating to employees’ physical and mental health, Noémie devoted herself to writing a doctoral thesis entitled “Psychosocial risks in light of individual and collective labor relations”, from 2012 to 2016
During that time, she worked for more than 4 years as a teacher of general private law and labour law within the University of Paris-Est Creteil and private French business schools.
Noémie started her professional career by working as a legal expert for an administrator of estates in the Social Restructuring Plan/Judicial before working as a lawyer in our law firm in 2019 until 2021.
After developing her activity in employment law with various companies in sectors such as hotels, restaurants, luxury clothing, cybersecurity and the medical sector, Noémie joined our team dedicated to labour and employment law headed by Bénédicte Litzler in 2024.
She acts as counsel and litigates, most often for clients at an international level.
Noémie also represents artists and authors in the film and music sectors.
