She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010 and joined Delphine Brunet–Stoclet’s team at Schmidt Brunet & Associés law firm, which then became Schmidt Brunet Litzer in 2015.
Marie André-Nivet mainly provides legal advice to companies, creators and designers on strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights and the protection of such rights.
In this context, she has gained vast experience in this domain. She assists a large number of companies and business owners in the optimisation, structuring and growth of their brand and model portfolios as well as providing litigation advice.
Thanks to her professional experience as an in-house lawyer, she provides down-to-earth advice to the firm’s clients as she is very much aware of their requirements and expectations in terms of responsiveness and efficiency.
“We commend Marie’s unfailing commitment and remarkable work over more than 10 years with the firm. We are very proud and happy to continue this adventure with her as a partner as she shares our quest for excellence and client satisfaction.” Delphine Brunet-Stoclet.
“I’m thrilled to join my fellow associates, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet, Philippe Schmidt, Bénédicte Litzler and Aude le Tannou as a partner in the firm. In them, I have found the very same human and professional values that I hold dear.
I am delighted to continue my commitment to our clients in their day to day business and in their futures, always with a desire to understand their specificities and their expectations, to best anticipate their needs and to build, together, the legal framework that is adapted to each and everyone.” Marie André-Nivet
