Our complementary firms and practice areas will strengthen both our advisory and litigation capabilities to advise clients, both in France and internationally, in the areas of corporate law, tax, commercial law, personal wealth matters and white-collar crime.

Salli Swartz has been admitted to both the Paris and Pennsylvania Bars for over 40 years and has extensive experience representing clients in courts in France and Pennsylvania, European courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is specialized in French and international commercial law, international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border agreements, joint ventures and consortiums. She also acts as counsel in international arbitration and mediation, in addition to her involvement in various professional associations and international organizations (American Bar Association, Arbitral Women, OMI, ILAC, etc).

Corinne Bitoun has been a lawyer for 25 years. She is a former Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage du Barreau de Paris, a title earned by 12 individuals each year based on a prestigious eloquence competition.
Her clients include both companies and individuals. She has recognized expertise in French and international litigation, advising private clients on personal wealth and estate matters, as well as white-collar crime.
