Rizlaine joined the firm in 2021 as a Corporate Paralegal. She provides secretarial and legal support to all types of companies (commercial – civil) with day-to-day or more complex operations: incorporation, approval of accounts, all statutory amendments, all changes in governance, restructuring operations, etc. She also carries out the legal formalities related to these operations.
