Nada is a member of the Cairo Bar and holds a Master in Egyptian Law and as well as a Master in French Law from the Institute of International Affairs Law under the double graduation program of Cairo University and Paris University I.
After her studies in Cairo, Nada came to France where she obtained a Master 2 in Labour Law at University Paris I.
Nada joined our firm in 2021 in the labour law division.
With expertise in labour law and international and European business law, Nada has advised French and international companies and groups on managing issues related to individual and collective labour relations.
Before joining our firm, Nada acquired extensive experience in labour law during several years at French and international law firms (Baker McKenzie, DLA Piper, Proskauer Rose, Capstan Avocats, and Simmons & Simmons) where she developed her knowledge of issues related to hiring employees in France, working hour regulations, secondment and expatriation, and conducting termination proceedings for personal and economic reasons.
She acts as counsel and litigates in labour law, often for clients with international profiles.
