In 2007, she continued her professional training in a renowned niche firm specialising in intellectual property, specifically assisting clients in the luxury goods, insurance and pharmaceutical industries.
Drawing on these seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation, Mélanie joined Delphine Brunet-Stoclet’s Intellectual Property-Distribution team in October 2013, putting her expertise in brand, design and copyright law as well as unfair competition to excellent use.
Since her arrival, Mélanie has taken charge of intellectual property litigation and expanded her commercial and advisory expertise by drafting business agreements and handling litigation.
