After receiving his second post graduate degree in company law and accruing experience from several internships in law firms and at BNP Paribas Group’s Legal Affairs office, Florent joined the firm in 2016 having earned his certificate of admission to the Paris Bar (CAPA) the same year.
Florent was also a senior lecturer in company law at the Université de Cergy Pontoise and Director of the publication, Baromètre, the newspaper for Paris Bar lawyer trainees (2015/2016).
Florent is involved in both day-to-day and large corporate transactions, including restructuring transactions, share acquisitions and disposals, as well as corporate litigation. He primarily advises entrepreneurs, companies and their executives.
